- Farmer & Customer Profiles: Names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, and milk delivery quotas entered by the dairy owner.
- Staff / Delivery Boy Information: Names, phone numbers, and delivery routes assigned within the platform.
B. Business & Operational Data
- Procurement & Quality Records: Daily milk collection volume, FAT/SNF measurements, lactometer readings, and procurement rates.
- Distribution & Sales Data: Daily delivery quantities, product sales (milk, curd, ghee, paneer), customer balances, and ledger entries.
- Billing & Payment Records: Invoices, payment receipts, outstanding dues, and payment transaction logs (handled outside the app via cash, UPI, or external bank transfer).
C. Device & Technical Information
- Device Identifiers: Device model, operating system version, and app performance metrics.
- Crash & Diagnostic Data: Automated error reports generated via Google Firebase to fix app crashes and optimize stability.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Account Creation & Authentication: To authenticate users, send email verification links, manage 7-day free trials, and provide multi-tenant dairy workspaces.
- Operations & Reporting: To generate daily collection summaries, delivery sheets, monthly profit/loss reports, and downloadable PDF invoices.
- Communication & Alerts: To send critical low-stock alerts, delivery notifications, and account renewal updates.
- App Security & Support: To investigate bugs, prevent unauthorized access, and provide technical customer support.

- No Selling of Data: We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data, customer contacts, or business financials to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
- Tenant Data Isolation: Your dairy records are strictly segregated and accessible only by you and your authorized staff.
6. Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)
Under Google Play's User Data Policy, you have complete control over your account and data:
- In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time by navigating to:
Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account inside the MilkFlow app. - Web Request Deletion: If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated records by emailing us at support@dgsignz.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email/phone number.
- Data Purge Outcome: Upon deletion, your authentication profile, dairy tenant records, customer details, and procurement history are permanently erased from our active databases within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
MilkFlow is a business management utility intended for adult business owners, dairy managers, and authorized personnel aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
