• Personal Identity Information: Name, Address, PAN, Date of Birth. Aadhaar numbers are only used for eKYC generation via UIDAI and are NEVER stored by us.
• Contact Information: Email address, Phone number, Business address.
• Biometric Data: Video verification recordings as required by official guidelines for Class 3 DSC issuance. We do NOT collect or store fingerprints or retinal scans.
• Financial Information: Payment transaction details (processed securely via our PCI-DSS compliant gateways).

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is primarily used to fulfill legal obligations required to issue Digital Signature Certificates and to provide you with the software or services you requested. Specifically, we use it to:

• Verify your identity as required by the IT Act 2000.
• Fulfill application processing steps with official partners.
• Process payments and issue invoices.
• Provide customer support and service updates.

4. Data Sharing and Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data collected for DSC issuance is transmitted securely via encrypted API channels. All KYC documents are stored securely and automatically purged according to regulatory guidelines.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and request corrections. Note that due to legal auditing requirements, KYC data associated with issued DSCs cannot be deleted until the mandatory retention period has passed.
