1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DgSignz website, services, or software platforms (including Restaurant Billing, Invoice Software, and MilkFlow), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Signature Services (DSC)

DgSignz acts as an authorized service partner. We facilitate the collection of KYC documents, biometric data, and video verification for the issuance of Class 3 Digital Signatures, DGFT, and Document Signers.

• Issuance of DSC is strictly subject to approval based on official guidelines.
• The applicant is solely responsible for providing genuine, unaltered, and valid identity and address proofs.
• Any fraudulent application will result in immediate rejection and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

3. Software Licensing and Use

Our software solutions are provided on a subscription or one-time license basis. Upon purchasing a license:

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for your internal business operations.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any DgSignz software product.
• Cloud-based features are contingent upon an active internet connection and active subscription.

4. Partner / Reseller Program

Individuals or businesses registered as DgSignz Partners must adhere to our ethical sales guidelines. Partners are not permitted to misrepresent DgSignz pricing, make false claims regarding software capabilities, or bypass standard KYC protocols for DSC issuance.

5. Limitation of Liability

DgSignz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of our services, or any delay in DSC generation.
