Protect Your Brand — Register Your Trademark
Secure your brand name, logo, or slogan under the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Prevent others from using your identity. Get legal protection that lasts 10 years, renewable forever.
Your Brand Is Your Most Valuable Asset. Protect It.
A registered trademark gives you exclusive rights to your brand name, logo, or slogan. Without it, competitors can use your identity — and you have no legal recourse.
Legal Ownership
A registered trademark gives you legal proof of ownership. Only you can authorize others to use your brand name or logo. Without registration, you cannot stop others from copying your identity.
Exclusive Rights Across India
Once registered, your trademark is protected across all of India. No other business in the same class can use an identical or confusingly similar mark.
Asset Value
A registered trademark is an intangible business asset. It can be licensed, sold, or used as collateral for loans. Many investors and acquirers check trademark status before partnerships.
E-Commerce Requirement
Major marketplaces like Amazon (Brand Registry), Flipkart, and Myntra require trademark registration to prevent brand hijacking and to access advanced seller tools.
Stop Infringement
With a registered trademark, you can send legal notices, file infringement suits, and claim damages against anyone using your brand without permission.
Global Expansion Ready
Indian trademark registration makes it easier to file for trademark protection in other countries through the Madrid Protocol — a single international application covering 130+ countries.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between ™ and ®?
™ (Trademark symbol) can be used immediately after filing your application — it signals that the mark is claimed. ® (Registered trademark) can only be used after the Registrar of Trade Marks officially grants registration. Using ® before registration is illegal.
How long does trademark registration take?
From filing to registration, trademark registration in India takes approximately 8-18 months. This depends on the IP India workload, whether objections are raised, and whether any third party opposes your application. We handle all stages and keep you updated throughout.
Can I register a trademark without a company?
Yes. Individuals, sole proprietors, startups, and companies can all file for trademark registration. A PAN card and business address are sufficient for individuals and sole proprietors.
What happens if someone opposes my trademark?
If a third party files an opposition within 4 months of publication, we prepare a counter-statement and evidence on your behalf. This is a legal process — our team handles it as part of the service. We will inform you of any additional legal costs if the opposition escalates.
Is trademark search really necessary?
Yes — and it is critical. Filing without a search risks rejection or opposition from an existing trademark owner. We conduct a comprehensive search of the IP India database before filing to identify conflicting marks and advise you on the best strategy.
How long does a trademark last?
A registered trademark is valid for 10 years from the date of filing. It can be renewed indefinitely for 10-year periods at a time. We send renewal reminders well before your deadline.
