Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Signature Certificates (DSC)
Due to the secure and non-transferable nature of cryptographic certificates, the following refund rules apply for all Class 3, DGFT, and Document Signer applications:
- Before Verification Partner Approval: If you cancel your application before the verification partner has generated the certificate, you are eligible for a 100% refund minus a nominal processing fee of ₹150.
- After Issuance / Download: Once a DSC has been generated or downloaded to a USB token, no refunds can be processed under any circumstances.
- Rejections: If your application is rejected by the verification partner due to incomplete or fraudulent documents, no refund will be issued.
2. USB Token Hardware
If the physical USB cryptographic token (ePass2003Auto, WatchData, ProxKey) delivered to you is defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA):
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the package.
- We will arrange a free replacement of the token. The certificate will be re-downloaded to the new token at no extra cost.
- Returns for functioning tokens are not accepted due to security protocols.
3. Business Softwares
For our SaaS and desktop software products (Restaurant Billing, MilkFlow, Invoice Software):
- We provide free demo periods for all our softwares. We encourage you to thoroughly evaluate the software during the demo period.
- Once a license key is generated or a subscription is activated, it is considered a final sale. No refunds will be issued for activated software.
- In case of technical issues, our support team will provide free assistance to resolve the problem.
4. Refund Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
